My name is Big Vinny. I was born in a bag of flour. My father has always had a bakery and I am continuing his legacy my own way. I have created a dessert called the ” DONNOLI”. It’s a doughnut filled with our family cannoli cream recipe and a variety of toppings to choose from, including Oreo, Fruity Pebbles and Bacon! We have been featured in many media outlets like “Good Morning America”, “Ny1”, “The Chew”, and many more. I have also been on the “Food Network” on “Guy’s Big Project” and “Holiday Baking Championship”. My goal is to expand my Donnoli business and have people taste a traditional Italian dessert with a kick of modern twist.
