Katie’s Mac N Cheese Truck

Being the self-proclaimed “fat kid” at heart, Katie’s bar & food truck owner Brian Karppinen devised a concept that would allow him to eat macaroni and cheese AND the vessel in which it comes, without necessarily requiring any utensil outside of his eager, indiscriminate mouth. Now, we at Katie’s would like to share that concept with the world because holy CHEESUS is it GOOD.
