What’s the Dillaz?

What’s the ‘Dillaz? Is an artisanal quesadilla company owned by Long Island City natives, Jesse Vasquez, & Marilyn Hernandez. Our company began in 2016, and we are the 2017 Vendy award winners for best market vendors. Additionally, we won the people’s choice award in the 2018 Bacon And Beer Classic.

Our goal is to change the way people think a quesadilla should be, and show them what a ‘Dilla can be! At What’s the ‘Dillaz, we know quesadillas were invented in Mexico but then perfected by us! We would love to join your event, as we have done several beer festivals, and love to feed the hungry attendees.
